CRM Sync is a consent-governed entitlement layer that sits above the commerce stack you already run — Shopify, Webflow, your data warehouse, and any AEM or Adobe surface — unifying identity, consent, entitlements, and AI-agent access into one real-time, auditable plane. Instead of copying your customers into another tool, it keeps one verified record and governs what every party may do with it: humans sign in once and it carries across your store, site, and embeds; AI agents act only under signed, scoped, revocable mandates (spend caps, allowed rails, expiry); and every consequential event — a purchase, a consent change, a license grant, a price observation — is written as an Ed25519-signed, hash-chained certificate anyone can verify against your published public key, no account required. It's the operating layer for AI-enabled commerce built on proof rather than promises: design, content, product feeds, and customer data all published from sources you own, governed by role-based access, and provable to an auditor, a regulator, or an agent — because the receipt is the product.
